Selling Property
Unlike buying a property where the Purchaser has Cooling off Rights, Vendors are locked in from the time they sign the Contract. Because of this it is essential that the Vendor fully understands what they are signing and their obligations under the Contract. As Conveyancers we can peruse the Contract and explain the specific clauses to the vendor and advise on moderations if they are required.
Once the Contract has been signed by all parties then we can begin the process of transferring the property, this includes liaising with the Vendors Bank (if applicable) and/or any other interests on the Title, adjusting rates and taxes between the Vendor and Purchaser and advising the Council, SA Water and Revenue SA that you no longer own the property.
