Our office has a complimentary blend of decades of conveyancing experience and youthful vitality. This ensures our office moves with the times in all respects, while keeping ourselves well grounded in our proven core customer service philosophy and the fundamentals of conveyancing practice.
Deborah is highly respected as a skilled and experienced professional in property and business conveyancing. She is a Registered Conveyancer, who holds a BA Grad Dip Ed, and as the joint proprietor of Fentons Conveyancing together with her son Ben, is continuing and building on the standards established by her father, Brian Fenton.
Ben looks to meet our clients needs in the most astute manner possible. Ben is a Registered Conveyancer who prides himself on driving system & technology changes to ensure we continue to provide excellent service in all aspects of the business. As Brian's grandson and Deborah's son, Ben will ensure the family tradition continues well into the twenty first century.
Brian began his career as a "Land Broker" in 1973 and over the years established himself as a highly respected and skilled professional "Conveyancer" in all aspects of property and business settlements. Brian established Fentons Conveyancing in 1978. Brian's philosophy from the very beginning was to ensure his client's needs were met or exceeded in every respect, and that this was done in a quietly efficient manner with a minimum of fuss. This philosophy has been instilled in the business and our staff. Brian now offers his wealth of knowledge in a consultant capacity.
Ashleigh is a happy and sincere person who is extremely efficient and professional in all aspects of property conveyancing. He puts all his client’s needs first and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Ash provides excellent service to all his clients and as Ben’s brother-in-law will ensure the family tradition continues. Ash is currently in the final stages of his studies to obtain his Registered Conveyancers Licence.
Ann is a warm, friendly person who is extremely efficient and professional in all aspects of property conveyancing. She has been working in the Conveyancing industry since 1972 and strives to ensure all her clients needs are met, or exceeded, in every respect in a quietly efficient manner.
Danni is a happy, friendly person who is very efficient and strives to meet all her clients needs in a most professional manner. Danni exudes enthusiasm and will go out of her way to ensure her clients are happy and settlements are completed with a minimum of fuss. Danni is currently in the process of obtaining her Registered Conveyancers Licence.
Emily is the newest member of our team and usually the first point of contact with Fentons Conveyancing. She is a very happy, friendly person who greets everyone with a warm smile and makes all our clients feel important. Emily always does her best to help our clients and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person so that their needs are met without any delays.
